ICE FISHING RENTAL POLICIES
​
Age
Primary renter must be at least 18 years of age or older.
​
Reservation Deposit
In order to reserve an ice fishing rental package, we require a $200 deposit.
If you cancel within 5 days of your reservation date, the reservation deposit is non-refundable.
​
Damage Deposit
In addition to the cost of the rental, we require a damage deposit of $499
(authorized credit card hold) and is required upon pickup.
​
Pre/Post Rental Equipment Inspection
Before and after rental period a member of our staff will go through an inspection of the equipment with you to review operation and condition. Customer and rep will both sign an inspection/custody sheet and note any discrepancies.

Fuel Policy
Propane heaters do not come with a tank of propane. Customer is responsible for providing their own propane.
​
Insurance
There is no liability insurance associated with our rentals and customers venture out on the ice at their own risk.
The renter is fully responsible for all labor and repair costs should any damage occur
to the equipment. We appreciate and encourage careful and responsible ice fishing.
